So much food! This place really hit the spot. Wendy treated us like family. We will definitely be back.

Wait time was 1hr. Wasnt very busy. Just to find out they didn't have all stuff for my simple omelet. And got burnt pancakes in the end.

Good greasy spoon restaurant. Not gourmet but nice quantity and selection. Local favorite especially with the older crowd. Cash only.

I try to never miss the Time Out Cafe in Washburn, WI. I love the Friday night fish fry as more varieties of fish other than cod is offered at a very reasonable price. Breakfast has wonderful omlets. My only wisdom is come hungry and they do not accept credit cards. The atmosphere is down home friendly with yesteryear charm.

Came in at 1pm and I was treated like a family member, the waitress was Very nice and had our HOT order out within 8 minutes !

The coffee is sometimes burnt but the service is great and the food is AWESOME.

A nice dine in restaurant, daily specials, custom orders, friendly staff what more could you ask for.

It was awesome! Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked. Busy but everyone was handled in a timely and orderly manner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's quaint. It's rustic. It's everything you'd expect from a small town diner. The food is delicious and the staff friendly. I look forward to eating here when I'm up visiting my family.

Our waitress was awesome! Food was good, large portions, decor and building were a little outdated but did not lack in small town charm.

Cheseburger meat seemed spoiled and undercooked, we all left with gut rot. We should've left when they brought out the water and there was a floating brown chunk in the pitcher. Hopefully they clean up this place before health inspector shuts them down.

Good food, exceptional portions and friendly people. We eat here almost every day while we are home visiting every year for 8 days. We NEVER have we had a bad meal!

2/3 times was good service. Recommend having breakfast over dinner. Everything we had for breakfast was tasty. Breakfast waitstaff was perfect, especially the lady we had Sunday morning. Fish Fry Friday: fish and cole slaw was good. Baked potato was undercooked, wild rice soup was not a favorite, and service was subpar. Good prices for portion sizes. Overall good.

Food was delicious! Had to wait a bit for my coffee but wonderful homemade food.

Amazing service! Wendy went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience great after a rainy night of camping. Food was delicious and HUGE! Definitely a great place for comfort and feeling like you are eating at home without cooking!

Omelets are made with 4 eggs. They are huge. Very good food.

Service was welcoming and kind. The menu is classic cafe food including all day breakfast. Food itself was ok, little on the greasy side. Decent sized portions for the price. The place appeared to be nice and clean. Cash only!

**Cash or check only**I have been going to the timeout restaurant every year on our annual vacation! It has changed a couple owners I believe, but never the less has stayed the same. They do have a very nice selection of food and a lot of specials to choose from including pie! It would be nice if some features would be updated, including the bathroom, but I'm sure everything is dependent on funding. They just started having a table with some extra things to sell as of a year ago. A nice little diner to go and try out!

Love the food, the friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and affordable prices. Didn't like that both the locks in the women's room were broken.

This place is all about portion size and value. I've never seen so much food at such a good price. We did breakfast and I've never seen my friend Steve not clean his plate; today was a first. Service was very good also. Not real fancy, but it doesn't need to be, the food does all the talking. Highlights: very good food, HUGE portions, friendly and competent wait staff, lots of value for what you pay for..

What place was okay. It's like an old little timey Cafe. Could use some updating, the food was good and the place is clean.
